Ford Motor Co. and Lexus have two different attitudes when it comes to building cars.
Ford (NYSE: F) doesn’t want to make any more sedans (in the future, the Mustang will be its only car) and sees its future success in the sale of sport utility vehicles and trucks.
Lexus, on the other hand, sees a future in cars.
Lexus is currently building six different sedans and coupes (the IS, RC, ES, GS, LS and LC), although they’re not currently flying off of dealers’ lots. September was a good month…
