COGCC regulation adjustments could add tens of millions to oil business costs in Colorado, analysis claims

The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on Monday begins nearly three weeks of hearings on rewriting half of its regulations to match the state law reforms in 2019’s Senate Bill 181.
