Habitat for Mankind of City Denver integrates with Colorado Community Land Depend On

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver added another tool to its affordable-housing toolbox in late July, when it finalized an agreement to merge with fellow nonprofit Colorado Community Land Trust and take ownership of CCLT’s operations.

The two organizations share the same basic goals — creating and preserving affordable housing in the Denver metro — but use entirely different methods to achieve them.
