Just how a residential brokerage with thousands of agents expanded its Colorado head count by 150% in one year

Roughly two years ago, residential real estate firm Compass had yet to expand in Colorado beyond outposts in Aspen and Telluride.

That changed in January 2019, when the New York-based firm launched its services in the Denver market, opening a regional headquarters in Cherry Creek and another office in Boulder.
