Polis pushes last recall, but is it enough for bar and dining establishment proprietors?

Beginning Saturday, Colorado bars and restaurants will be able to serve drinks until 11 p.m. — a one-hour extension from Gov. Jared Polis’ existing 10 p.m. last-call order but not one that likely will please many business owners fretting about substantial revenue drops this month.
